I've been taking Saturday morning yoga classes with Cindy for 8 years...What a great way to start my Saturdays! Her classes are challenging, fun, and designed to give me the flexibility I need to enjoy my other physical activities. She's also given me the confidence to try asanas I never thought about trying.

I've enjoyed Toby's classes for over 6 years. I work up a great sweat in the first 15 minutes and am exhausted at the end of the hour...only to feel great for the rest of the weekend! His music selections and chatter enhance the experience!

We're lucky that Erin comes from Winchester to teach a couple of classes a month, on Sundays. Her classes are well attended for a good reason--she's been studying yoga most of her life and her asana practice and instruction show it!

Through several years of classes at the Massage Center, I have developed a regular yoga practice that has enhanced every area of my life. Improved balance, endurance, and patience are just a few things that, aside from the expected increases in strength and flexibility, have occurred through yoga. Every class at the Massage Center has been a benefit to me and as good as any class that I have taken elsewhere while traveling. You and the other instructors, among other things, do a great job of balancing teaching and encouragement.
